A
full 100% BACS (bank automated credit system) refund or product
exchange will be arranged with you, if your purchased
product is found to be manufactured faulty however you must comply with our
following return policy.
a)
You must notify
us within ten days (max) of your product delivery
receipt date, by e-mail or via our freefax
service; kindly include your delivery note number.
Upon receipt of your e-mail, a unique reference return
number will be issued to your reply e-mail address (kindly
use it in all future related return or exchange communication).
b)
The product(s) to be returned must be attached in our original
packaging system and received by us in a pristine condition.
c) If we receive the product in a badly damaged state
i.e., shredded or with teeth marks etc; the conditions for our
return policy will be deemed invalid, therefore no refund or product exchange.
d)
You must ensure that your posted item(s) are received
and signed for by us; hence we recommend that recorded
delivery (UK mail) or a quality courier service be used; at
your expense. 
Once your returned products has been received, we will
contact you by e-mail; seeking confirmation of your bank
details and your already issued reference return number
enabling our secure BACS product-cost refund into
your bank account. You can of course include your bank and reference number
details within the package containing your returned items.
All exchanges of our Chakra product(s) are sent by first class
post.
We endeavour to produce a range of products that will
hopefully exceed all of your healing and functionality expectations.
However if you are unhappy with any of the product(s) you have
ordered, simply comply with our above 'return policy'
to again become completely satisfied.
